AnyDesk Remote Desktop Support

AnyDesk is a remote desktop application that lets our Service Desk securely view and control a user’s computer to provide real-time assistance.

We use AnyDesk to support faculty, staff, and students by connecting to their devices, with their permission, to troubleshoot issues, install or configure software, and offer training or guidance as if we were physically at their computer. All sessions are encrypted, and access is limited to approved support staff to help protect sensitive information while enabling fast, effective remote help.
