If you require audio visual support from the Media Services team, please add a 30min to the beginning of your booking so Media Services staff has time to test all equipment that will be used during your meeting or event.
1. In Outlook, go to Calendar and click on New Appointment or New Meeting

2. A new window will open: The Appointment window.

3. Enter the Date and Time of your event or meeting.

4. In the Location area, type and select: Aliso

5. A pop-up with Conference Room - Aliso Viejo - Click or Select this location.

6. Enter your Required or Optional attendees after Conference Room-Aliso Viejo.

7. In the notes area, please enter if this is a Zoom meeting or any special Audio Visual needs.

8. Once finished, click the Send button and your meeting request has been submitted, you will then receive a confirmation email.
