Overview: This article goes over the steps to order transcripts on Parchment.com's website. These steps may change if Parchment makes any changes.
Step 1: Access the Parchment website with the following link: Parchment
Step 2: Enter a personal email address at the bottom of the website and press “Continue.”

Step 3: Enter your personal information to create an account and continue.

You will be sent a confirmation code to your email address. Enter that code into the box and press “Submit.”

Answer the following questions.
If you do not know your student ID number, you will need to enter your social security number later.

Press “Order” to continue.

Click on “I’m sending to myself or another individual”. Select the option that you need.

If you are sending electronically, enter the recipient information.

If you are sending by mail, enter the recipient information.

Confirm your order information. Make sure the delivery method and recipient information are correct. Select the purpose and then press “Send Now.”

Enter your student ID number. If you do not know what it is, select “I do not know or remember my Student ID.” It will then ask you for your social security number. You can also add any attachments but normally is not required.

Sign your name with a mouse along the line, then enter your first and last name.
Check the box to the agreement to proceed.
Select Continue

Confirm your order details and then select continue.

Enter your payment information.
Select “Submit Payment.”
Once your payment has been processed, you will be sent to a confirmation page. You will also receive an email with a receipt.
