How to Run the Five9 Softphone Service Script
1. Log out of Five9
2. Download the Files
3. Make sure both files are in your Downloads folder
3. Run the Script
a. Open your Downloads folder.
b. Double-click on Five9SoftphoneServiceScript.bat
c. Click Yes if prompted.
The script will take about 1 minute to uninstall and reinstall the Five9 Softphone Service.
4. Restart your computer
5. Confirm Update
a. Open & login to Five9
b. Click Help > About… and confirm Softphone binary version is 14.0.1 or higher.
