Q: Do I have access to Microsoft Office?
A: As an enrolled student, you have access to Microsoft Office software. If you are an active student but not currently enrolled in classes, you will still have access to the cloud-based versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. To install Microsoft Office on your computer, visit office.com and log in with your UMass Global student email address. From the left-hand menu, select Apps, then click Install Apps in the upper-right corner. Under Apps & Devices, choose Install Office to begin the installation.
Q: Do I have access to Zoom?
A: As an enrolled student, you have access to a pro Zoom account. You can download the Zoom application from the UMass Global Zoom Website using the Download Client button at the bottom of the site.. Once installed, open the application and select the SSO (Single Sign-On) option on the login screen. When prompted for a domain, enter umassglobal. You will then be redirected to sign in with your UMass Global student email address. After logging in, complete the setup by selecting Open Zoom Meetings to link your account with the software.
