This Article has vendor instructions for installing the software SONIA. Installing from their website has seen issues after configuring it the first time. It will work fine, but after being closed, when it is reopened, it will hang. It then needs to be closed via Task Manager, and the AppData cleared. When it is reopened, it will need to be configured again. The vendor has replied with the information below.

This issue has nothing to do with the computer processor, but it is an issue with something in Sonia.
I consulted with my colleagues and was able to locate the standalone installer. This will most likely need Admin credentials to install, but you can download the ZIP file by copying and pasting this LINK. When prompted, select "KEEP."
This ZIP file contains two files, an exe file and a config file.
Run the exe file to install Sonia > After installation, copy the config file to the install folder (default install folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\Planet Software.
Once the installation and copying of the file are complete, launch Sonia. It will prompt for Sonia's ID again, but should be a bit more stable and require the constant deleting of folders and re installation.
