If your UMass Global account was recently created within the hour, the temporary password provided through the welcome letter email may not yet be recognized by the University system. It is recommended to wait a few hours before selecting the First Login option.
Please do NOT select the reset password option on the new student login page as this will invalidate the temporary password.
